Ive been looking lots into creatine i might wanna start gymceling in the near future and im not doing any roids or anything, i dont wanna get too big i wanna be aeshetic. (a fit emo masc pretty boy body) I am naturally high metablosim will using creating and working out 4 days a week (2 upoer body/amrs day, 2 lower body, abs/core all 4 days) and protein shakes be good to achieve that? And real functional strength too i wanna be very capable at work and fights and anyrhing

you don't need creatine for your goals IMO

if your goal is to be a mass monster creatine can help but you need to keep taking it.

if you just wanna be a fit emo leanboi/swimmer physique you in no way need creatine, save that money for steak and salads and gym membership baby

Should i do maintencance level creatine just to help with muscle recovery still? And just to speed up process? Like 5g a day?

If you have a good diet, creatine is shit. LITERALLY. Because when your diet already contains it in good quantities (you eat a lot of meat), then your supplement creatine will just go through your digestive tract as poo.

Maybe vegans could benefit from it, since they have no animal foods? :unsure:

I tried creatine many times. Always ZERO effect. 😢

but in the BB industry they tell you to shove empty fiber (plant foods) into your gut and THEN sell supplements naturally occuring in meat

no it's a complete waste of money tbh. you're not an ifbb pro, and you say yourself you don't want to get big. The internet is full of people trying to sell you supplements, most of which you have no need or use for.

It helps with ATP production and the water helps the muscles work not just bloat

The only TRUE supplements, that DO work, are sold in the pharmacies with the prescription... they are called steroids. :unsure:

Thats low amount tho for the weight and especially since im poorcel

When I used it years ago it just upped the reps I could do a little so if there is possible side effects I wouldn't use it now.
