jfl just got gifted this shit for free, I hear this will bloat you more than tacobell but as a underweight person, wondering if there are some good benefits to taking it and working out

it may increase water retention in face. But if you stop taking it, it will go away. So just try it. It will be beneficial for muscle growth if u train.

Not imo. Blows you up with water and just gives you a little more strength but no more muscle besides the water puff. Also many people claim it started going after their hair until they got off it.

seems pretty fair, I’m not really worried about bloat though, I’m very underweight so if anything bloat is good for me jfl. only concern would maybe be hair loss but if I notice anything bad I’ll just hop off
 
If you're skinny it looks maxes you asling as you are low bf.
Bloat isca myth you won't turn into a bloatlord taking an amino acid. Inflammation and shit diet causes bloat and shit skin.
Creatine is good for your skin.

It's not even monohydrate it's HCL, worse than the normal one,
1. Increased bloat
2. DHT increased by 56%
3. Very few muscle mass added after continuous use.

dht increases by 56 only for a short time and you just add water to muscles
