Is Crouzon syndrome / bad eye area more common in certain ethnicities?

I've noticed many Italians have really poor eye areas.

South European have bad eye area but good beard genesn beautiful languages and cultures.

Idk if it's because of ethnicity but yes I do see alot of them with severe UEE and crooked noses
