lm trying to figure out if this is worth an 1/2 an hr to an hr of my time everyday

Threw $200 into bitcoin right before the crash to buy some shit online, then it crashes the next day. I’m pretty grey w stocks, but better at them. Currently focusing on WPAY and all the other slow growers and constent dividends like Pepsi, boring bla bla. Bitcoins down and going down how far some ppl say 40-60k and then a slow growth. Is this shit like government related did somebody crash it and want to keep crashing it? Is bitcoin worth watching day to day obv day trading hrs and the cortisol spike sounds like fuckin rape.

if ur buying crypto to buy any shit, use usdc/usdt , btc sol etc is more trading shit. Crypto is good for long investment , ofc not ur whole stack but a %
