Is cutting my medial canthus worth it?

How much would it help my eye area?

I perma squint (like the 3rd pic, 2nd is smiling)

Also I know I need to grow my eyelashes as well for the outer part
Will probably get fat grafts in the future as well

u dont need that. either get brow ridge fillers or just blast test till it grows if ur in puberty. thats how i changed my eyes

I’m almost 18 so only option would be fillers or implants
Would fat grafting not be enough?
But anyways my forehead already looks fucked, if my brow ridge got any bigger I’d look deformed

Only good thing I got going for me

I might roid in a year or two for physique, if I get bone growth from that (probably won’t but heard anecdotes) then good
If not, I’ll probably get forehead or brow ridge implants

All that’s a pipe dream for now tho

for me my eyes are my best feature along with my zygos. my mandible aint that good tho.
