Scientifically it works but derminator is better because it leaves smaller holes. Don't use on face if you have live acne, also dont go more than 0.5mm for face skin. 0.3-0.5 will give the same collagen benefits with less hassle.

For scalp and hair growth, dermaroller is probably fine because its not on visible skin so any downside the dermaroller has would be hidden.

Yes its good. I use 0.25mm rn (will get 0.5 probs soon) and i have perfect skin. Cope if you disagree
