If I remember correctly, DHEA literally does nothing in your body and is a complete waste of money

DHEA combined with pregnenolone can induce a noticeable facelift.

It says on the back of the bottle for DHEA that it may cause hair loss

I've been taking 70mg DHEA daily for about 2 months.

I don't typically notice anything with supplements, but this has caused noticeable bone pain, primarily in the legs (shins, femur, ball joint). This pain occurs without sprinting (which I do 3x per week), and seems temporarily curbed by hanging via gravity boots. It's not terribly bad (think shin splints), and I'm starting to wonder if there is anything to Ray Peat's claims about growing in height.

I'm way past the growth phase, fyi.

depends if your hormones have started dropping yet. You're probably too young for it to have substantial effects but I personally will take it when I turn 30 and recommend everyone does.
Maybe boost your hgh for now

Which gravity boots are you using?

Don't waste money on otc supps and just make enough money to do high trt doses and hgh
