I had an online consultation with dr eren pera, and it seems like he wants to do everything so fast. Its a 10 day visit, Day 1 is planning then day after that is the surgery. I wanna know if he is black pilled so because i lowk dont want a blue pilled surgeon

I currently have braces and it lowk fucked my maxilla by bringing it back, so hopefully the lefort 1 fixes it, and bsso to move my lower jaw.

During the planning i will tell pera that i want a downgraft to the maxilla alongside forward movement. Because i have a short face i bite down

hes a pretty good choice, does huge rotations. he tends to do surgery first pretty often, which im not a fan off in most of cases

doesnt look that bad. if hes impacting you a lot, get a good amount of advancement on the upper jaw

you said u had vme (vertical maxillary excess) which just means you show a lot of gum while smiling. impacting vertically reduces your upper jaw which will lead to less or 0 gum show. when he does that he takes bone from your skull basically, so because of that u need good forward advancement to compensate for the bone loss

well if ur not doing decompensation with braces he will just do a genio which honestly is fine in your case

Or would it literally be a matter of sending him your scans (not that I seem to be able to get anyone to do tehm for me!) and then basically arranging surgery with him? (and they pick you up from the airport etc?)
I'm not sure how it all works. But I have saved up a lot of money now. I'd had hair transplant and now I want jaw surgery and then likely rhino.

Would love leg lengthening surgery, but from what i've read we just aren't 'there' yet (e.g you'd be fucked for so long, and then once you're healed, you'll never be able to run etc.)

yeah, i'm having issues even getting a simple scan here without a referral! (i've rang around a bit. They don't want my money!), and so i need to try to get my NHS dentist to refer me I think. It's all such a ball ache.

So i'm considering the possibility of literally flying to turkey just for a scan, and then I assume he'd plan it from there and be like 'come back in 1 month for surgery' or something?
