i know there’s been a lot of talk about goatis recently although i have to admit that i think a lot of his ideas and teachings are not correct and i think he’s a very weird person in general. regardless, the goatis hype led me to find videos on dr ray peat. i’m not entirely sure what his ‘findings’ are but i know that he is seen as pretty controversial. i am pretty sure he praises

• liver and red meat
• dairy / calcium
• avoidance of phytoestrogens
• avoidance of heavily processed food
• consumption of sugar through fruit and honey

• his peeled carrot, vinegar, olive oil and cooked mushroom salad🔥

i don’t really see how this stuff is controversial in the slightest tbh. maybe that’s regarding other stuff i’m not aware of. his findings seem to be pretty interesting and i wouldn’t mind incorporating all of the stuff listed. i just don’t know why it’s controversial?

If you feel good eating something, keep eating it.

Listen to your intuition.

He's controversial because as a dietician he would prescribe his female clients his cock as a source of "minerals"

hes controversial because he once fed a black man uranium and when questioned he said he thought his license for animal experimentation extended to niggers

no, because diet is not objective
but that would suggest that the optimal diet varies from person to person. the only way i could tell if i should stick with such a diet is if i respond well to it. all i care about is my testosterone though. your testosterone either increases, stays the same or decreases and that is usually consistent in people who eat a similar diet. for example not being vegan. surely there’s science behind a good diet too? it’s not all down to preference and individual response

It's 70% objective I'd say.

The guys who say it's subjective are really trying to say that it's not entirely objective.

most 'healthy' diets contain similar things.

For example. Make a Venn diagram and 9 times out of ten, eggs would be in the middle.

a single polymorphism mutation can drastically influence what u should and shouldnt eat

i for one, should not be consuming red meat or liver

really? why are you so sure you should not be eating something as beneifical as red meat?

because i have a superoxide dismutase mutation, and red meat and liver induces oxidative stress, too much iron

damn. how do i know if i have one of these issues?
ideally go through clinical trials that analyze ur genome so u dont sell ur dna to the jews for subpar shitty and lacking analysis

or veritas + hire geneticist's analysis

but if u dont get it analyzed by a good geneticist who knows how influential each polymorphism is to ur life then ur wasting ur time and money

like how is someone who is genetically predisposed to high cholesterol supposed to consume a diet high in animal fats ?

oh but its even deeper than that, because u have to consider PCSK9, APOE variant influence
