always see niggas in glow up posts going from 2L of water -> 4L of water a day :lul:
does it actually do anything though?
i mean it make sense that your body will retain less water if there is a higher water : sodium ratio

Ive been doing it for a while and im still bloated so its probably my bf%. You only can remove water retention when on a lean bf%

Massively depends on your diet too - carbs, added sugar, sodium.

been working for me so far

it does work. even if it did not work, water is still very important

this, but yes, drinking water usually helps to debloat

especially when its warm, if u dont drink enough water ur body will start to retain more water (increased heat -> body not sure when gets more water -> as a survival mechanism, retains water -> bloat (you can see this as when you have watch/ring which fits u loosely, if u spend time in heat its prolly not as loose anymore (bloated)))

It should be water by now that water doesn’t do anything for facial bloat. Drinking 3.5+ will only make u more likely to bloat
