Cant say rly because its genetic dependant. 300MG 0,5 is fine for me. Also after my heavy tren and anadrol cyclee (which caused some serious loss) going down to 180mg test and 0.5mg dut recovered it all.

On the other hand ive read of ppl who run fin and still maintain hair on moderate test doses. If I was u id do 450mg or so as a first cycle if tht works out u cn push it to 600mg down the line.

Pretty good idea, or i could use 2.5dut if i wanted to, but 450 should be enough for first cycle.

i decided against doing what i said in pm which is blasting without the dut and adding it after. i don’t think it’s worth sacrificing hair and skin, and i think bone effects are primarily due to test, not dht.

Doesnt dut have pretty big diminishing returns after 0.5mg or so though? Are u using oral minox yet? Personally I did test for years with no 5ar only when i started adding anadrol and tren I got some loss if tht gives u some optimisime. Now with dut and oral minox I have the same hair i had at 19.

Just be cautious if ur prone to serious hair loss it might not hit u straight away instead when u reach the next hair regrowth cycle the hairs will grow miniturised.

Only marginally better for serum DHT, for scalp DHT 2.5mg suppressed it by 80% and 0.5 50%.

No im not on oral minox. my mums side all have hair and are fine balding wise but dads side all bald. probably not good for my balding genes.

Id say just buy fin and take that on 450mg to give u peace of mind. Keep the nuclear option dut for later (although u can use tht instead if u want). Yeah whites indians go bald quick followed by blacks then east asians and those with native american ancestry just dont seem to be responsive to dht its weird.

some nigga i saw legit recovered 70% of his hair with it. probably worth doing that if shit does south than nuking all your body’s dht. i’m still pretty undecided on this topic of dht as u can see.
