Minimal calories would be more sustainable because you’re not overexerting yourself daily to reach a target deficit. I’m not sure if you’d be able to do other tasks if you did hard cardio everyday, and health wise you’ll spike your cortisol and risk collagen decline/hair falling out. Also when you eat minimal calories you’re not expending as many electrolytes so you’ll naturally feel better.

if u had excessive deficit without the cardio are u at risk of the hair loss side also?

also as long as you get enough cals you’d be fine, even if from one meal a day?

What you meant to say was losing “fat”. Weight isn’t an indicator of how much fat you’ve lost because you could be losing muscle and not even know it. You can also lose weight in many other ways other than exercise such as losing a limb.

Carbs are poison to the human body. Not even 1 single gram of carbs are required for us. The optimal human diet is carnivore. Avoid all sugars, carbs, and grains.
