its neither min nor max if u do it like 2-3 times a year, but if u do it more often then looksmin bc fries ur serotonin reseptors and makes u depressed

personally ive done it couple times, got massive afterglow from it and had an elevated mood for couple weeks and then back to normal so i dont personally have anything bad to say about it
