Is epithalon good?

Ive looked into a few studies on it and theyve given very good results but i cant find any randomized studies which is important as it seems self selection bias could be huge as the type of person to go out of their way to be in this kind of study probably goes out of their way to be healthy a lot too.

And the mechanistic side of the drug seems incredibly complicated and difficult so i just cant be fucked to do the research

honestly bro it seems good for sleep and skin. apparently using it leads to the creation of more fibroblasts, but ive asked abt it before and nobody answered. i doubt u will see any crazy results though unless u are old, but i am running it next week nonetheless in hopes of further improving my skin and sleep

I wouldnt plan to use it for skinmaxxing short term

I would just throw it in my anti ageing regimen and perma-run it

i agree its not ideal for skinmaxxing, but for me i struggle to get deep sleep if i am not strict about my routine before bed and time my supplements correctly, so hopefully epithalon will help restore me back to normal. if i do get better skin during the process like the studies say, great, otherwise, higher quality sleep for a while after running it is just as beneficial as any fibroblast increase since it also affects skin and aging
