Showing before after of Underbite cases is the cheapest marketing method for a surgeon to act like he had skill. Not saying that the surgeon is bad. No idea about him. but I certainly wouldn’t judge this from an underbite fix. It’s difficult to not get an impressive looking change when fixing an underbite. Just because of how retarded it looks.

The actual impressive results are those cases where the patient was normal looking MTN without any severe issues and ascended to HTN or even higher.
