It's obviously genetics, my lips is perfectly shaped like the lips of my father and was the width of the lips of my mom since 4 yrs old.

Yeah, almost all studies so far affirm men have bigger lips, at least in absolute numbers. So I'd expect men and women have the same lip size for their respective size. There's a study about extractions reducing vermilion lip size on korean women after extractions. So lip size is most likely a combination of genetics + forward growth, and nothing to do with estrogen.

The study that people use to say that big lips are a key to feminine faces is probably a misinterpretation. Women usually have a more brachycephalic head shape, which means they will be less recessed. So the brachy, the more you'll consider her as feminine, it's not the estrogen that makes you think she's feminine and has plump lips, it's the forward growth
