unless you're getting the original (which you aren't) then you're buying chink shit. I'm not convinced about the derminator either, the seller is as shady as it gets and nobody has actually independently tested and reviewed the product. they used to shit on automatic microneedling devices until they made their own (they are still selling their chinese dermastamps). a dermastamp with high quality needles is probably the cheapest and safest method
no idea. there's a lot of dogshit on the market and all reputable sellers sell to dermatologists only. I've actually ordered that one, should arrive any day now. likely the best chinese one. you can also set the depth which is very nice if it's a secure mechanism. you really want to inspect the needles close up before use. asked around and people seemed to like it but there's no way to know until tested in person.
