I remember @mohi_100 answered this in a thread once, he said that it takes into account too many irrelevant proportions and its standard measures for each Ratio is innacurate.

Would you say it overrates people then or are the ratings just completely inaccurate and not based on anything of real value?

The set ideal ranges are actually pretty accurate, but yes too many proportions
