Seems bs tbh

Theoretically it's not cope but its help would be really minimal. Also using same muscles to create mimics can give you wrinkles. Botox works as charm because it paralyzed that muscle. You're doing opposite for a long to do facial yoga.
So in summary it's cope on a advanced level.

Salludon used facial exercises from this one esoteric youtube channel that's been dead for years.

Salludon obviously got fillers and since he doesn't reveal his secrets, it's obvious he's a blatant liar.

Even then. there have been minor improvements to his face since his initial transformation which would suggest that he is doing something non-medical that is providing gradual changes.

Yes but how do you measure correctly which part you exactly working and what will be the results ? I mean they always goes like "now we're working on orbitalis oculi" but is it really helping you in a correct way, or could it be worse for that area ?
There is no certain answers.

What he used was not as specific and scientific as targeting the individual facial muscles..From the pics he showed me, the lines that run down from your zygos to your lips became more prominent. The muscle on his chin also increased in size.

It works for minor changes, look at my post history. It causes postural changes which can help slightly. You have to do only certain muscles though.
