Fillers are temporary and implants are invasive. The other alternative is fat grafts.
I'm thinking of getting them to fix my short chin and add more jaw width. I just find it super hard to believe that something so utopian like this exists: a minimally invasive, permanent version of fillers that isn't implants. It makes me think, can fat grafts actually permanently fix falios like short chin, bad zygos, etc.?
Is there some detailed guide on fat grafts? This seems like a perfect solution for almost everything that isn't a death tier falio
