just a superficial amount, weightloss wont affect it

however treatments like accutane have been shown to slightly reduce nose size since it makes your pores and shit smaller

its very minimal but small changes add up tbh

The nose ala is fatty tissue. There is also a fat pad within the nose that partially decides the shape of your nose tip (whether it is bulbous or not). Both are unaffected by weight.
