That would go terrible anything with the browridge is all risk no reward except the small lateral implants that clav is getting maybe.

for vertical especially at those numbers u need genioplasty. chin filler is not a good option for height.

the way they do it is project with filler then vertically lengthen the filler with more filler - classic cantilever effect lol. There's a term in the plastic surgery community called witch's chin. I don't recommend.
