Is finasteride at 20 safe?

Hello this is my second post, You guys can check How I look on my first post. Ive been using finasteride for about 3 months now with no side effects. Im just curious about if being 20 early for this drug? Im currently heaading towards norwood 2 I would say norwood 1.5ish and doctor said that I Have male pattern baldness. So I started taking the med. But should I have waited more? Can my jaws still grow a bit? I have no clue if finasteride and dht is effecting jaw growth like my jaws are small and short but I have body hair and facial hair. Especially about body hair IM literally a MONKEY but you guys can check the beard on my face. Not so full but better than nothing.
