Is fixing posture just a cope? (APT, glucosamine, etc)

Turning 18 in a couple months, 5'8.5" morning height and 5'8" at night. Just did a bone age scan on my wrist and it's 18. Makes sense since I've only grown like 2cm since 16.

I was coping hard and hoping I'd hit 5'9" at night.

My posture is the average "bad" posture from video games and unhealthy sitting positions. Nerd neck, pretty average APT, etc. Just average chronically online posture.

How much would fixing this posture give me? Also, I heard glucosamine can get you an extra 0.5 inch by retaining your morning height.

If I fixed posture, took glucosamine, and got like 0.5 cm from growing, could I reach 5'9" at night?

posture doesnt matter

posture and body flexibility all matter in cranial growth. bad posture can cause ccw rotation, asymmetry, developmental issues, etc. because your body is always compensating to make yourself balanced, bad posture can force features to be skewed as they try to balance whatever bad habits you have.

I wouldn't say that posture is going to give you a notable height increase. However, posture is incredibly important for craniofacial development.

Posture matters if you're still growing, if you aren't cant really do anything or see minimal results.
