Is forehead reduction high roi?

Have been thinking of doing this, but unsure as i heard about the scar it leaves. Would it be worth it if my forehead messed up my ratios? Or should i just fraud with long hair?

Too many grafts needed to build enough density to lower my hairline, so forehead reduction and then possibly hair transplant after would be what I’d do to fill in the temples after. But idk some people told me I don’t need it while others say it ages me 10 years.

True im not worried. I just hope this is the right move for me, im looking at like 8k usd for the reduction and it’s like a 20 minute drive from where i live. If I were to go to turkey it would cost 6k usd but the traveling and everything is a lot, and it would end being around the same at the end.

why do you think youd need too many grafts for the hairline? is your hair extremely thick?
if youre not gonna rock a buzz cut i dont think it will be noticable even if you dont manage to match the density of the hairline with the rest of the top

Depends on your base, if ur too far gone u probably won't be saved by HT or forehead reduction. But I would literally do HT, forehead reduction, hairline lowering and meds before I give up since hair is important for me
