Is genio the only surgery for adding “height” to chin?

Only need mild projection but the biggest factor to masculinity (for my face) in the mandible = chin height. Is genio the only surgery that can achieve this?

Fillers in the past haven’t been too bad at achieving this, but temporary.

I’m hearing negative things about implants as they pertain to long term infection and ability to add height.

Mostly yes.

You can get a bit of perceived vertical height with a BSSO too, but downgrafting of the chin from a genio is the only real way.
