Well y’know that’s what I did mate. 2 genios and implants. Ideally I’d have done bimax + genio + jaw implants, I but ended up forgoing the bimax out of necessity when my ortho botched my dental alignment. I think my aesthetic results might have been a little better with bimax but it’s hard to say. I probably got 90% of the overall possible improvement to my jaw.

I’d say both paths are solid options depending on how much you want to put into it. Go with all three if you wanna eek out the maximum improvement and are willing to deal with the cost, time, pain, and recovery involved.

There were some studies conducted around a decade ago that displayed that the discrepancy between sexual partners of men above the height of 5'7 was negligible, however when accounting for frame size (Clavicles + Scapula) the difference increased astoundingly.
I can corroborate this through personal anecdotes as well - With regards to sexual selection on physical features alone (Excluding facial aesthetics) women often opt for the most physically dominant male, nearly every woman I've met/fucked significantly preferred a 5'10 man with a filled-out frame as opposed to a 6'3 manlet, at least with respect to just pure sexual appeal.


Addendum: When you go outside take a look around at people and notice how practically everyone is fucking hideous and not just by virtue of obesity/overweight status (which when factored in accounts for around 1/3rd - half of young people) If you're a tall HTN you'll stand out amongst any crowd.

Opting for Implants significantly limits the extent of which you can ascend, but remember it should always be done on a case by case basis, if you feel you don't need Bimax you more than likely don't need.

If you're seriously considering hardmaxxing I'd say do a consultation with a blackpilled surgeon + get a CT scan and see where your facial bone deformities/aberrations lie.
I'd recommend against fillers since they're very easy to get wrong and most doctors are incredibly retarded when it comes to applying them, usually since their expertise relies around making 50 year old women look younger.

Not so much that I’m unhappy with the result, however you can imagine if I was able to achieve the same advancement by moving the entire jaw, I may have gotten a sharper, straighter and more proportional result.

Now, maybe I could get new implants that go all the way down to the edge of the chin instead of just gonial angles to reduce that pointedness y’know? I’ll probably ask my surgeon about it.

The chin can only be advanced so much and still be able toheal properly. My first advancement was 10mm, the max my surgeon was comfortable with, it’s a lot. And then 5mm which is an average advancement for genio. I also got gonial angle implants and during my genio he cut it long ways and widened it in addition to the lengthening.

You could have gotten a bone graft for the gap. But your result looks good so who cares.

I was going to just get vertical genio but I probably won't be happy because my maxilla is also bad.
