Is getting a cantthoplasty on one eye worth it/feasaible

at that point of being in the surgery room j get both of them done to ascend the ratio as whole roi wldnt be great working on one eye. wld barely ascend u

But why would you? More likely than not, his PCT eye can also get a form of correction which they’ll replicate on the other eye too.

I assumed he just wanted to fix the negative tilt on the other to make both neutral, which is stupid but it's up to him.

OP will almost certainly need cantho on both eyes and implants.
