People overblow the zoomer height thing way too much. 180cm is a more than comfortable height to be in the states. I'm below the average and I still tower over most East Asians and it's not hard to see eye to eye with most whites. Gen Z is only taller in countries that have a significant change/boom in dietary options with Gen Z in most first world countries stabilising/if not becoming shorter (most tall whites I see are actually old people)
