i have already spoken with my orthodontist and she suggested surgery but I'm too scared to get it plus my side profile will be flat asf

there's no such thing as upper maxilla prognathism. gnath means jaw. the only part of the maxilla that is the jaw is the lower part

also, that guy looks completely normal

bit stupid mate, why the fuck do you need surgery to recess yourself? ontop of that you can just get premolar extracations if you c want to be ugly for ur whole life
