Its good for the skin:
  • Anti-aging: Reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and skin thinning by stimulating collagen and elastin.

  • Firmness and elasticity: Improves skin firmness, elasticity, and clarity.

  • Barrier repair: Strengthens and repairs the skin's protective barrier proteins.

  • Wound healing: Accelerates the healing process for cuts, burns, and other skin damage.

    • Reduces damage: Helps diminish the appearance of hyperpigmentation, sun spots, and lesions from photodamage.
    • Antioxidant: Protects skin cells from oxidative stress and free radical damage.

6'1 nigga

6'0.5 - 6'2.5 - 6'3 (6'3 is pushing it) is the ideal height thats also the sweet spot for models so ur legit fine

and ghcku isnt bad but like anything with peptides you dont need it but itll help alot so if ur skin is like actually shit hop on it or accutane

some people also say like synthetic retinoids are better then ghcku so if u want u can do ur research about that
