Serious question I want to start hitting the gym but I don’t want to diet or take creatine and protein

Yes, all that muscle you're building needs to come from the proper nutritious sources, you can't build muscle out of nothing you need the right food to maximize your gains

going to the gym in general is useless
muscle is mostly just hormones and sensitivity to them
training will barely do shit for most natties
either roid or accept what you got.

Eating is the most important, gym is not even needed if u have decent frame already

Nah it's still worth it. Diet is probably more important overall but working out is a bit factor as well

you don't need creatine or protein powder, just eat animal products like chicken and if you dont meet your protein goal just have egg whites or fairlife milk (80cal/13g protein)
