Is going under 11% bf cope ?

Currently I'm at 11% (11.4% to be exact) 6'3 162 pounds (not gymmaxxed), I'm doing a refeed week cause I think that my metabolism slowed quite a bit.

Should I go lower and reach 10% or even under 10% or should I just stop here and maintain?

I was at 5% checked by doctor after some evil fasting and no carbs

I'm too underweight now though trying to eat more

But I looked great and still am prob 8% and look better than ever.

Cutting is getting progressively harder, I think this refeed week is necessary. Did you manage to reach 8% with refeeds or without them?

I eat like 1 bowl with 1 cup of fruit and 1 cup of yogurt and 1/5th a cup of granola

That's plenty of carbs, I don't need any more

You should be eating the same thing everyday

Are you physically strained? Are you unable to move and work, are you drained of energy?

You're doing it wrong. Never get up is a tweaker I can't live like that even on testosterone

Need some carbs and sugars, healthy ones only

Just no more goy. When everything is either: eggs, chicken, yogurt parfait, and coffee

You get lean.

Find your list, and stay committed

If it feels unsustainable, but you're body is holding up fine, you're just a bitch

My bones be disintegrating and I stay committed.

I finally got model accusations this year

Not until I was clean asf and my coworkers started making fun of me for my yogurt parfairs while they eat chili cheese dogs at sonic did I receive validation 👺

Starvemaxx to 14-15% and then diet properly (eating healthy counting calories etc.). Getting down to 14-15% is easy, 14-12% is medium and under 12% is brutal asf

I'm not close to single digits, but I've found I need to eat at maintenance for a while, every few pounds I loose to make loosing the next few pounds much easier.

So re-feed or whatever people call it, works for me so far. I just have to be carful not to gain all the weight back and continue to weigh all my food and keep track of calories.

Like a month or two lol. Then suddenly I'm able to loose another 5lbs or 10lbs easily.

Body fat percentage isn't the best measure but this is my goal body. It's natty achievable.

He's 6'4" like me, so that's kinda what a "jacked" tall guy looks like. Short guys carry more muscle mass relative to their body size.

But now im 190 and in 20 something days I got from 78 to 73.8 kg :feelsgood::feelsgood::feelsgood:
5kg in 20 days seems kinda low. But I guess it gets harder the less you weigh

It is pretty low but to be completely honest, there were days where I slipped and went over my calorie limit, so that's that. And yes, it does get harder I think
