Currently I'm at 11% (11.4% to be exact) 6'3 162 pounds (not gymmaxxed), I'm doing a refeed week cause I think that my metabolism slowed quite a bit.

Should I go lower and reach 10% or even under 10% or should I just stop here and maintain?

if you dont look good at 12 percent you just have no bones and getting leaner wont save you

Face > body imo
this is too simple of a take don't be retarded.

your face is part of your body you should equally focus on them

Currently low-htn facially, my question was if it's worth going under or would it just automatically put me in subhuman auschwitz tier.

Face > body imo

Bone projection I guess, sharper jaw, nicer zygos etc.
I don't know if it has that big of an impact now though, as I'm pretty lean
If you didn’t already have all of that at 15%, then it’s over.

I did have them to some sort of degree, I'm not boneless but you can't really compare 15% with 11% even with a godtier face structure

That's why I said sharper,  nicer.

It depends cuz in order to have bone projection, you need 2 things: low bf (obviously) and good bone structure underneath

If you don't have the second thing, then it's useless (most likely)

In rare cases it could also be that you have really shitty body fat deposits, meaning that it goes to your face mainly, if this is the case, then going lower would help

Just don't become anorexic

low bf (obviously)
I already have bone projection but idk if I'm at a low enough bodyfat, if 11% is good or if I need to go lower, you know ?
Basically I was wondering if my bone projection is at the max or not

Got nothing to lose if you go lower

How sure are you that you are at 11% bf?

I'm pretty sure I'm 11% cause all of the bodyfat calculators I have used put me in a 11-12% range. Of course, they could be wrong, (the most accurate way to know is by getting a dexa scan) but I don't think that's a possibility, 5 sites gave me approximately the same result you know?

I say go for it if you're not satisfied with current look

Since you don't train, how does your body look?

good zygo projection, hollow cheeks, collarbones "piercing" through shoulders, stomach that's almost fully flat, medium sized legs (idk if it's because of my shit fat storing genes or if it's because of walking, I average around 10k steps a day), skinny hands, basically textbook tall skinny person

Might end up looking starved and emaciated

That's what I was thinking too tbh, getting so lean that it looks disgusting
Same, you can still try to go lower and gain some weight back if that starts looksminning you. I felt too lean and regained to where I looked ideal. You could also try to bloat yourself with creatine and see if that'll balance you out, but I didn't wanna be dependant on that

Could you share photos?

I'm also trying to lean down but worried that I will look too skinny

You won't trust me, this shit is hard as fuck. It's basically a reverse to "I don't want to go to the gym because I'm scared I'll get too big".

yes its cope

Definitely not scared of that

I used to bulk before and got attention just because of the body

I'm still training but obviously not building muscles since I'm cutting

Anything below 10% is unnecesary unless you are a pro bodybuilder

Will kill libido and energy for sure, some people manage fine. I find as a natty you look too flat and skinny going below 11
