Like how tf is being in nature barefoot have any positive benefits

it lowers your cortisol and cotrisol inhibits the production of testosterone so it isn't cope but it doesn't garuantee that you will necessarily drastically change

but you will probably feel better throughout the day atleast

and if you have high cortisol then it could be a looksmax
So it’s like a mini bonus

Its good for improving sleep

I tried spending more time outside barefoot on grass and my sleep improved
 
It probably helps a lot with reducing inflammation
