icing ur face is useless in my opinion, may help with short term tightness or inflammation but its still temporary. depending on your water retention gua sha can help you slightly debloat, but get rid of the real issues first like ur diet and exersize, then you dont need it

Yes lol. Icing got rid of dark circles and using gua sha every night gave me significantly higher cheekbones
