One change doesn't have to be a gamechanger, multiple small changes makes a big difference.

i was ragebaiting i know first set is most stimulating and lower reps causes less fatigue:lul:. But the reason why most olympians do higher volume is due to gear. Theres compounds that dry out ur joints so u dont want to be doing 4-6reps. And especially the ligaments they dont grow as fast as muscle. So they stick to 8-15. So to the general gym goers their mindset is “me see olympia big do higher volume volume me do high volume”

In fact, their recovery is very fast, so fatigue is not a problem.
