it's definitely not as healthy as people think it might even be a healthmin but im not sure. it also takes like a year to build a decent physique and even then your frame will play a bigger role in determining if your body looks good

If you're actively socialising and are motivated enough to work towards fucking whores, I'd say that it's worth it.

Definitely builds self-confidence too, also helps you stay lean.

It's worth it but you have to have realistic expectations. Most of what you see on Instagram and even youtube are not natural transformations but guys who use steroids and lie about it, that goes for most of hollywood also. People want fast results, they're not willing to put in the work of repeating the same workout with more reps and more weight over the course of years but that's what you have to do to make progress as a natural lifter.

Also, you can't aim for someone's physique, you can only build up what you currently have, you can make the muscles bigger but what will look the biggest is what you trained and what you're genetically gifted in.

There are some truly amazing 1 year transformations out there that are really natural but if you look at the guy's starting point, it's never a guy who was skinny. For guys who start out as very skinny, you have to expect 5+ years of training to look huge and that's what a lot of guys aren't willing to do. I remember when I was 18, I wanted to be big at 21, that is just not feasible if you were a skinny nerd in high school. The best thing you can do is start as early as possible and remain consistent for as long as you can and keep learning things but stick to the same routine with only minor tweaks here and there.

I started lifting in 2016, and added 40 lbs to my bodyweight since then with at least 30 lbs that was muscle, and still I look small because I'm 6'4". I'm basically what they call an ectomorph but that doesn't mean my muscular potential is lower, it just means I start out with such a small level of muscle mass it takes a lot longer for me to look big.

I was 138 lbs at 6'4" with a 32 inch waist when I started, I'm now 180 lbs at 6'4" with a 33 inch waist:

As for how I look with a shirt on, when I started I was wearing small sized shirts, now I fill out a large sized shirt, and my sleeves are not quite filled out by the arms since it's one of my biggest weak points, but they are filled out by the shoulders.

As for my lifts, they are:

Romanian Deadlift 175 lbs for 12 reps
Yates Row 110 lbs for 11 reps
Overhead One Arm Tricep Extension 20 lb dumbbell for 9 reps
Shoulder Press 30 lb dumbbells for 7 reps
Bench Press 45 lb dumbbells for 6 reps
Lateral Raises 25 lb dumbbells for 12 reps (just started doing that lift and it's going up fast)
Flyes 20 lb dumbbells for 12 reps (also just started that one)

Right now, I'm training at home but eventually, I'll get a gym membership when I find a new job, and I'll add in machine hack squats and leg press for quads, lat pulldowns for lats, pec deck for chest, and also probably calf raises for calves.

The main reason why my chest looks so mediocre is because of my insertions, I have a huge chest gap in the middle, and that can never be filled out, and my abs aren't visible but they have never been visible even when I was skinny, I just started to train them but it won't make a night and day difference. I haven't shown the back in that picture but it is very developed and so are the legs.
Currently have:

21.5 inch thighs
13.1 inch arms
