1. Glycogen storage: Image a bucket where you ideal storage is 50%. At this point, your muscles are filled and pumped up with nutrients and you have zero facial bloat. If you then eat let's say an additional 2,000 cals worth of carbs, your muscles are already full which mean your face is now puffy. Lifting burns glycogen which means you're closer to your ideal glycogen levels.
2. Sodium: Your face will get puffy once you go over you ideal daily sodium intake. Especially if you're not eating posttasium like spinach to balance your electrolyte levels
3. Estrogen: High estrogen causes facial bloat. AI fixes this.
