nah, face is king. U will only injure urself and get bloated from the gym. Listen to subliminals instead, I've improve quite a bit from that

If nothing more you should gymcel for the anti bloating properties it has, took a break for 2 weeks and then once I got back into it I noticed my face got much leaner. Should note I’m currently maintaining weight, not on a bulk or cut…

There are many factors that contribute to bloating

The most common 3 are

1. Glycogen storage: Image a bucket where you ideal storage is 50%. At this point, your muscles are filled and pumped up with nutrients and you have zero facial bloat. If you then eat let's say an additional 2,000 cals worth of carbs, your muscles are already full which mean your face is now puffy. Lifting burns glycogen which means you're closer to your ideal glycogen levels.

2. Sodium: Your face will get puffy once you go over you ideal daily sodium intake. Especially if you're not eating posttasium like spinach to balance your electrolyte levels

3. Estrogen: High estrogen causes facial bloat. AI fixes this.

Yes, lifting does contribute to debloat like you correctly mentioned (due to affecting glycogen storage)

Either losing weight if fat or going from skinny fat to skinny /skinnyfit

Nowadays yeah face is king you could be a 4% bodyfat malnourished toothpick but if you're good looking you can pull, look at jordan barrett's physique. For injuring yourself that is retarded unless you have some unknown mental disease known to man it's pretty hard to get injured in the gym. And "bloated from the gym" almost killed me

why not have the physique halo, i dont get it. a gym membership costs £30 MAX and you get to be jacked jus go 3x a week ezpz. if you dont have the "motivation" then dont even bother looksmaxxing too.
 
physique matters, it's not considered gymcelling either unless you neglect your face. it's such a lazy cope to think gyms a waste of time whereas in reality it can increase your smv quiet significantly.

Lifting iron bar up and down in a basement-like facility is probably one of the most obscure activities human race could even think of.
And the fact this happens while tall and non-gymceled Chads and HTN's are baning your oneitis makes it even worse.

its a good health indicator shows you look after yourself, look way better even in clothes and will make your frame way better. harder to get mogged. it will increase your neck size. unless your a psl god, anyone can benefit from it

So yes, gymmaxxing is worth it, if you want to look like a strong masculine man, and not a weak skinny twink. I swear, the skinnier I was, the more I was getting approached by gay dudes. You just don't want to be skinny when you have a decent or good looking face because the gays are going to be all over you, and the women, they won't be interested in hooking up with you.
