Is hair considered fraud?

people say hair is like make up for men, if you do your and and it looks good, it's like you're wearing make up, seems like fraud.

I guess so, if you style it to cover your big forehead, baldness etc then somewhat but if your gonna start calling everything that helps you look good a fraud then I guess every softmaxx is aswell
