There are some factors that may cap you at htn and no surgery will help then. But yes, imo it's always worth it to continue looksmaxxing, I'd just not put that much focus on it once you're hardmaxxed.
betIts always possible, its just with most surgeries its entirely unpredictable to know how the soft tissue will move, you are inevitably always crapshooting unless you're solving failos. not even 3d planning can really give you a totally accurate picture
hairmax, skinmax, and surgerymaxxing to fix failos will almost always end u up at htn. once you do that feel free to take risks with other shit. got it mezo103?
Definitely not. We have examples of HTNs getting implants and botching themselves badly. Its worth it but a hard task
Almost always end up at HTN? Some do all that and still end up below normie tier. Its always possible, its just with most surgeries its entirely unpredictable to know how the soft tissue will move, you are inevitably always crapshooting unless you're solving failos. not even 3d planning can really give you a totally accurate picture

If you have decent bone structure, ratios, symmetry, and are lean you will almost always be htn unless you have a shit tier phenoAlmost always end up at HTN? Some do all that and still end up below normie tier.
I don't think everyone should expect just looksmaxxing to save them. Many people here need other things like money, status, social skills etc. They have better ROI imo.
