No big skulls are good but having a skull on the smaller end isn’t that much of a problem as long as it’s not comically small.
However if you have a really low bizygomatic plus low skull height and have wide shoulders and tall that’s when pinhead comes into play

It is the other way around. Your skull is tiny and juvenile (age appropiate) but your frame makes it look big.
