I've never seen or heard of a newborn baby with freckles in my entire life but that might be the case for a select few. They typically develop later in your life

I believe it's because of sun sensitivity and gut health. Keep in mind that whatever you consume is reflected by the quality of your looks, if you have fly shit speckled all over your face it's similar to acne. Freckles are generally considered to be an obstruction of facial harmony, the only way you can pull them off is by having an ethereal face, like Gio Scotti, and she looks better without them
