That's what's confusing about people saying sex is okay for nofap, surely if you're having sex then you are not retaining semen so your T would be the same as if you were fapping at similar interval?

The difference is your body is getting rid of excess semen meaning it's more than full that the stuff that comes out isn T draining you as your body still has enough stock left. Sex and fap both kill retention
