Is HCG or LHRH better for LH hormone and test?

I would either of these to improve test levels and bone mass + sexual function from the LH.

HCG is recommended to me more often but LHRH (Luteinizing Hormone Releasing Hormone) seems like it does exactly what I want. However, LHRH has little research and is extremely weird and hard to find.

since they are both peptides (HCG functions similarly to one) they get washed out of the system after binding to hormone receptors and then leave. You only build up small resistances.
