In his other videos close up selfie pov his frames doesn’t drop so if he is morphing it will make sense why in this video where he feet away from the camera, and the filter is trying to hard to detect his face which could cause the drop in frames

I dont know to much about frauding by changing video quality, what are you thinking hes doing some sort of morph or filter? if so i wouldnt be able to tell i dont really know how to do any of that
