Head and shoulders is garbage goo that’ll just dry your hair out and make it frizzy as FUCK, if you’re using it for anti dandruff, unless you’ve been to a doctor and they’ve told you it’s the actual fungus over growing in your head, you’re just raping your scalp and those little white flakes is literally just your dried out scalp falling. Unironically natural shampoos are best.

I have a very dry scalp, so I stick to ‘light’ shampoos.
If you have a normal scalp, it’s not really dangerous to use this shit.
