posture isn't cope you can actually increase 2-2.5cm from posture, as long as it's not something that requires surgery to fix

What about mk677 or using aromasin/aromatase inhibitor, @barettrealrx told me that you need aromasin to slow closure of growth plates since hgh speeds it up.

Depends. For most people half an inch to an inch is achievable but if ur a true Manlet then it’s cope

yeah this could work, growth gains on mk are def limited compared to hgh but it could work fs
