Depends on heterochromia...
Eye color is not visible much tbh. And most heterochromia eyes would look "bland"-uniform to most people. It all depends on the specific proportions of colors.
E.g. mine look green in side bright lights, and lifeless brown in dark environments. In toilets/gym lights, they look grey.
But for models, when doing professional photos with correct exposure, heterochromia eyes are a big halo.
But IRL, just average eyes in most cases, unless sth like this:
But I doubt, this above case is even real. Looks photoshopped. But who knows. If someone has sth like above ^ then it is extreme halo. But not because of "muh heterochromia" but because bright blue color occupying most of the iris.
