Is HGH cope without real results?

I'm talking about a video by Nocturnal Kent.

He talks about HGH in the sense of not changing the bones in ones face, but completely leaves out the point of growing in height.

Well, I've asked someone else and got an interesting statement:

"I suppose, If it actually worked like some people here say it does, it would be a billion dollr market and everybody would be doing it"

Therefore, is HGH even worth it?
Like I am aware of having a few threads here talking over sufficient results, but most people here are rather on compounds regarding multiple illegal drugs rather than getting medical supervised HGH, which I'm rather on planning to do.
